Returns
For goods supplied by us in error, we will arrange free collection/exchange. However we reserve the right to charge a collection fee if the goods are not available on the agreed collection date/time. We reserve the right to not deliver replacement items.
Requests to return unrequired goods must be made within 24 hours of the original delivery and an authorisation number must be confirmed by the company. Carriage costs will be the customers responsibility and goods must be in perfect condition and in original packaging. Any agreed returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Specially ordered products and bespoke products with customers own printing or design cannot be returned.
Damages
All damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and must include photographic evidence. Damage claims outside of this period may not be processed. In most instances a refund or an offer of replacement will be made.
